Hill Climb Racing 2 is an up and downhill racing game that's intended for Android as well as Windows. It's the second in a line of hill racing games, with Hill Climb as the first to be released. The object of the game is to race against your opponents on hilly terrain while picking up gold coins as you move along.
Game Play and Controls
You will be riding a jeep that is very much like the kind in the first Hill Climb racing game. You can use the coins you collect to buy upgrades and parts for your jeep and clothes and equipment for yourself.
You will need to use the hilly landscape to your advantage. For example, moving fast up a hill will guarantee that you come down it very fast. Don't let your vehicle flip, however, or you'll be stuck in mid-air, or some other awkward position, attempting to bring your vehicle back to the ground on all fours before the other racers pass you up. If you come down a hill fast and correctly, it just might give you the extra boost you need to win the race.
Graphics and Controls
The graphics are two-dimensional and colorful, but simple. However, this is a cartoon-like game with graphics that bring this idea across very well. The bright colors and hilly landscape will keep you engaged.
There are only two controls in this game: the brake to the left of the screen and the accelerator to the right of the screen. Every once in a while, you should glance at the dashboard containing your fuel, boost and RPM readings. You can pick up containers of fuel along the way to fill your tank.
